We arranged the refinance of their existing development finance during construction. Our lender provided ‘cash-out’ on settlement and agreed to a flexible arrangement of sharing sales income between debt reduction and working capital.

Self Managed Superannuation Fund lending is gathering pace across the commercial and residential investment marketplace. We helped our client obtain SMSF lending with their existing bank. Even though they were already customers of the bank, our help was needed to build a credit proposal that showed the strengths of the client and their business to underpin the SMSF borrowings. We liaised with the real estate agents on an almost daily basis to help with negotiations and get the deal across the line for all parties.
